The Agreement & Upfront Payment
Potato and Visibility were looking for an experienced builder to construct a Tuff and Deepslate slab crafter farm on DonutSMP. After reviewing farm schematics and discussing details with builder Argent (Discord: argent561, In Game Name: ClouddragonL), a price of 150M was agreed upon. Argent demanded full upfront payment before starting. The 150M was promptly transferred in full to ClouddragonL.
Delays & Hidden Queue
Prior to payment, Argent claimed he only had one existing build to finish and promised he would start ours immediately right after. However, over the following days, when asked for progress updates, he continuously delayed. Eventually, he revealed a massive list of other pending customer tickets and multi billion dollar farm builds that were never mentioned prior to taking our money.
Failed Refund, Leaving Group, and Blocking
Because of the undisclosed delays and failure to deliver on the agreed timeframe, Potato and Visibility requested a full refund of the 150M. Argent agreed to refund once on his PC. Over 3 days passed with zero money returned and zero build delivered while Argent remained actively online playing in game. When asked again for the refund, Argent lashed out, refused to return the funds, left the group chat at 8:49 PM, and blocked both buyers.
